Learning 101

Last day na ng ASSR training ko. The question is meron ba 'ko natutunan within the past 2 weeks sa training room? haha. Probably. Somehow.

For a quick recap, eto mga pinagusapan: (mga naalala ko lang. hehe)

1. Understanding the business and IT Complexity
2. Audit sampling and other substantive procedures
3. Data Analysis - Journal Entry Testing using the Global Analytics tool
4. Walkthroughs and What Could Go Wrongs
5. Others* (hehe)

Some of these topics were part of our first training as a new staff its just the discussion was more comprehensive this time.

And now we are dubbed as ESAs (Experienced Associates**).

Aside from the snacks, what i do appreciate trainings are the new acquintances along the way. These are my groupmates. I actually forgot the name of our group but generally we are Group 1.

From left to right: Marian Lie Quimpo, Blessed Joy Ruga, Propaulo Legaspi, Ivy Grace Delasas, Charmaine Bucol and Timothy Fino.

Underlying assumption: Look at the instructor's face, he'll think you are listening. (patay ka lang pagtinawag ka for recitation. haha)

*one of the things i've learned during the recent busy season ay if di mo mahanap, di mo alam kung saan sya nararapat or after so much attempts and wala pa rin...put it on 'Others'--thats literally called "Lubog".

**naka-isang busy season na at di pa nagreresign.
